I actually have not yet been to a fest, so perhaps my input means less here, but I'm all for having multiple fests each year. To me it comes down to a simple question - do we have the same group of people, now diluted over multiple fests (and (...) (18 years ago, 11-Dec-06, to lugnet.events, FTX)

(...) The proliferation of fests is very similar to the proliferation of web homes. Once there was none and that was bad. Then there was lugnet, and that was good. But lugnet doesn't fit everyone's tastes and needs the same way. So perhaps the (...) (18 years ago, 11-Dec-06, to lugnet.events, FTX)
