  Re: Consumer affairs

Remember, on the re-release, they put trans-blue windows in the 1x2x3 train windows, and there is a Consumer Affairs replacement pack to take care of that (and the female minifig hair discrepancy). Ok, sorry that I need to come back to this, but: - I was unable to contact my local LEGO representant (Portugal). - I could not find who to address in my quest for the replacement of my Metroliner's windows. PLEASE LEGO PEOPLE, if you can hear me, (...) (23 years ago, 19-Nov-01, to lugnet.dear-lego)

  Re: You oughta be glad!

(...) I think I have to clearly agree with Matthew Gerber on this one. You need to post something a little more current. As for lego stop putting out Bionicle sets isn't true. I think the consensus is that they've agreed to stop using "cultural (...) (23 years ago, 14-Nov-01, to lugnet.technic.bionicle, lugnet.dear-lego)

Re: New Castle Visor? (Heads Up Castle-Heads!)

(...) That would be ultra cool if it came out with 6075/375 as a legend model. and let us hope that they ship the yellow "classic" castle that soon as a legend. I think Brad Justus mentioned that they are still undecided what to bring out next.... I (...) (23 years ago, 14-Nov-01, to lugnet.dear-lego)

No more Bionicle?! Be still my breaking heart! That means TLG might have to get back to the business of making sets with bricks! What is the world coming to?!   Re: Minifigures in Legoland

(...) The main Giftshop at LEGOLAND, CA has a few display cases with dioramas, featuring the Ninja line and the Adventurers.   Re: Minifigures in Legoland

I recall, on our visit to Billund in 1980, finding an incredible Space display inside a glass case. I think it was in the store, but I'm not sure... that was a long time ago. This was in the time of blue/grey classic space with yellow windows, and (...) (23 years ago, 13-Nov-01, to lugnet.dear-lego)

(...) I wonder, was the original park miniland built to 'maxi-fig' scale? (What are the big figures from the 70's called, I can't find any reference to them in Partsref.) Psi (23 years ago, 13-Nov-01, to lugnet.dear-lego, lugnet.legoland)

  Re: Minifigures in Legoland

Hi James, As a kid, I don't recall seeing many LEGO displays at all, so I guess I only remember one minifig-scale: it was in a supermarket, a medium-sized diorama, featuring many Town sets from 91/92. Probably before Christmas, and the diorama gave (...) (23 years ago, 12-Nov-01, to lugnet.dear-lego)

Re: Contact for a small complain, and some feedback

(...) Hi Martin, I agree with you. In fact, if TLC is trying so hard to save on packaging, why not return to the old style? (...) Hi Mike, Thank you for the reply. You know, now that you mention it, I remember having read this post some time ago, I just hadn't yet ordered my K10001... so I did not pay much attention to it. So TLC *knows* about this mistake, and they (...) (23 years ago, 11-Nov-01, to lugnet.dear-lego)
