Hi Martin,
I agree with you. In fact, if TLC is trying so hard to save on packaging,
why not return to the old style? The cardboard was thinner, and the box
inside could be re-used for storage... I still have some from my older sets
that I use to keep old booklets in. Besides, the older boxes were lees
damage-prone, IMHO.
The plastic bag to keep the booklets is not a bad idea, even though it is
not too good for the environment. OTOH, TLC might try some paper envelopes,
the same kind one uses to ship "A4" documents - this way they could be
recycled/re-used once they were opened. Just a thought.
