That's a 1x2 plate with HANDLE, not side-clip ;-)  Everyone else was talking
about the new 1x2 brick with side clip (horizontal clip, holds things
vertically).

I've only ever seen 1x1, and you can't
make the 1x2 brick with side clip with a 1x1 plate with side clip.
