  A new scan for 371!

Just went through a bunch of instuctions that I won on e-Bay last year. I was going through them so I could give them to a friend & started looking them up on Lugnet so he could get an idea of what I had & didn't find this one listed. Looks like (...) (25 years ago, 16-May-00, to lugnet.db.scans)

(...) The newer friction connector (w/ slits in the side) first appeared in 1990. (...) The 8064 was released in 90 and should have the new style connectors. The 8854 was released in 89 (but was available until 92) so early versions had the older (...) (25 years ago, 14-May-00, to lugnet.db.inv)

Re: Question for Todd Lehmann about his search engine.

(...) In terms of sets? Yes and no, sorta. If you use the QuickSet interface, (URL) is partly a prototype for something better but still leaves much to be desired, then you could enter simply space police into the search box and it would show you (...)   Re: Info wanted on piece seen in Paradisa set #6409

(...) I managed to catch a glimpse when eToys posted it briefly, but they had to pull it because it was still confidential at the time. However, check the .starwars group, I think someone posted a pick of it along with some pics of 7191. Jeff (25 years ago, 10-May-00, to lugnet.db.inv)

Re: Info wanted on piece seen in Paradisa set #6409

(...) The diameter, as someone else mentioned in this thread, is 8 studs. The wheel is divided into 12 parts. Each part has a color and number (duh :-) ...the numbers are 10, 20 and 30 (clockwise), printed in black. The colors are pink, grey, yellow (...) (25 years ago, 10-May-00, to lugnet.db.inv)

Question for Todd Lehmann about his search engine.

Is it possible to search for theme type with a wildcard search? For instance, if I wanted to find Space Police I as well as Space Police II, is that possible to do? For that matter, is it possible to do a wildcard search? :o) -- Cheers ... Geoffrey (...) (25 years ago, 10-May-00, to lugnet.db.inv)

I can't find any mention of 7159 on the LEGO site - are there any places that might have a pic of it? LugNet has the set info, but no pic available, yet! -- Cheers ... Geoffrey Hyde -- www.fastinternet.net.au/~ghyde -- Jeff Stembel (...) (25 years ago, 10-May-00, to lugnet.db.inv)

Piece count wanted for the following sets:

I am setting up a trade deal, and am trying to get an idea of the piece counts - however, there are some small gaps in LugNet's database for the following four sets: 7866 Level Crossing with Electric Gates 8680 Arctic Rescue Base 8843 Fork Lift (...) (25 years ago, 10-May-00, to lugnet.db.inv)

Re: Info wanted on piece seen in Paradisa set #6409

(...) This looks to be part number 3961, an 8 x 8 dish. In the part reference its mentioned to be a space radar dish, so probably its available in a space set. It is also available in gray in set 744. (...) There is a 2x2 plate with pin in the parts (...) (25 years ago, 10-May-00, to lugnet.db.inv)

Info wanted on piece seen in Paradisa set #6409

  Re: 8862 Backhoe Grader

This is not directed at the person who inventoried the set, you can only give something the description LEGO gave it. But I felt I should point this descriptive error out to all concerned. I feel I must take issue with the labelling of this (...) (25 years ago, 8-May-00, to lugnet.db.inv)
