Thanks Magnus.  Yeah, I wanted a sturdy, well-built, solid look, but I
didn't want to go too far and give it a fortress-y look.

The crenelations look appropriately "outlandic", as if they were designed by
some architect from some far off realm (if this is situated in a medieval
european/fantasy type setting), and I think they would look great on a
eastern/arabian style castle for anyone who wants to have a go at one of those.

Now that I think about it, they do kind of resemble some mideast castles
I've seen; must've been my subconsious at work. :-)
