I think it is better this way. Each new section can be appreciated in its
own right. Also better for a child to not get everything immediately.

I don't know the age of your daughter ... perhaps as she gets older she will
want to redesign and rebuild portions of it for herself.

It will be used continually for one purpose or another for many years. It
is nice to have the castle up off the floor and looks like you are already
taking advantage of the space underneath to store building materials.

I didn't think about this one in relation to the Disney ones. It is always
good to have more information. thanks!
Looking back at your pictures again now I am struck by how much the white
projections on the peak of the ends of front roof and the base of the flag
pole add. I also really like the gentle incline of the entrance ramp/bridge.

| (...) Yep, Cinderalla's castle (or is it sleeping beauty? I've heard different versions) was greatly influenced by Neuschwanstein. Walt Disney apparently spent some time there and was inspired. Many parts of the interior were never furnished, (...) (23 years ago, 11-Nov-01, to lugnet.castle)
