you can create a similar effect with two identical 3D objects. For example,
take two identical pens, hold them so they converge towards you, and cross your
eyes. If you adjust the angle of the pens, and the distance, and hold them
steady, it will look really weird... Try it...
I'm not announcing any particular MOC, but I've just updated my BS Gallery with steriograms (those 3-d eye-crossing pictures) of a bunch of my MOCS.
