Some problems with parts in ML-CAD

Hi, I've downloaded the complet parts database from Ldraw.org but in my ML-CAD I can't see many parts from updates. For example I can't find "shuttle plate" from lcad98-02 update. I downloaded this update but it seems that this parts ARE YET (...) (23 years ago, 18-Jan-02, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts, lugnet.cad.mlcad, lugnet.cad.dev.org.ldraw)

ML vs LEO: how elements are shown in edit mode

It just hit me. Until just now I couldn't figure out why I couldn't get use to using MLCad, having started with LeoCad. It has to do with what elements are being shown on the screen. LeoCad shows: all the elements up to the current step MLCad shows: (...) (23 years ago, 14-Jan-02, to lugnet.cad.mlcad)

  MLCAD exploded view?

Can MLCAD do an exploded view of an already existing .mpd model? If not, is there any software that can? Thanks, Rand (23 years ago, 14-Jan-02, to lugnet.cad.mlcad)

Re: Connecting 2 .dat models  [DAT]

(...) One solution is to compose a new model file which reads from the two you want to combine. For example, compose a file called "model.dat", with contents like this: 1 16 0 0 0 1 0 0 0 1 0 0 0 1 file1.dat 1 16 0 0 0 1 0 0 0 1 0 0 0 1 file2.dat (...)   Connecting 2 .dat models
