One solution is to compose a new model file which reads from the two
you want to combine.  For example, compose a file called "model.dat",
with contents like this:

1 16 0 0 0 1 0 0 0 1 0 0 0 1 file1.dat
1 16 0 0 0 1 0 0 0 1 0 0 0 1 file2.dat

Assuming that "file1.dat" and "file2.dat" are the two models you want
to combine.

Heya, I apologize if it was discused before but how can I get (or connect) two different .dat models into one .dat file ? I don't mean importing of multipart files.
