Here goes, Voting is up an running for the May MOTM. (URL) models have been rendered in Bryce. Bryce looks a little different from POV-Ray - sort of another philosophy on the idea of "photo-realistic". No insult or complaint was implied by my message. 'What gives?' is just my way of being curious. I've been gone for the the last few month due to the fact I'm in the U.S. Navy and was just wondering why. If you find "what gives" disheartening I (...) Well here it is, April Fools day, and I have to announce a winner to a contest. Sounds like a setup, doesn't it? But all joking aside, the winner for this month is Brad Hamilton. Hello everybody - It has come to my attention recently that the name 'LDraw' in 'LDraw.org' is a tad discriminating against other brands of building blocks. Hey - A few of us have had the idea of an LDraw discussion meeting on development of software, the website, brainstorming, etc at BrickFest 2001. (...) If the server is a UNIX server then maybe you can use RCS - I think this change/version control system is implemented on most commercial UNIX platforms and is not difficult to use.
