Latest BFC Spec?

I'd like to (finally) add BFC support to LDView, so I performed a search
here on lugnet.cad.dev to try and track down the BFC spec. Unfortunately,
all the links I found were no longer valid. (Seeing as how the articles
were 2 to 3 years old, that's no real surprise, I guess.)
Can anyone provide me with a link to the most up-to-date version of the BFC
spec? Thanks.
By the way, the BFC spec should probably be added to the "Specifications"
section of the ldraw.org Reference page. (I actually looked there before
performing the lugnet search.)
