Right. In the LDraw parts library, these multi-version parts are
(typically) designated by appending a version-letter to the part's
filename. The mini-figure heads are a good example of this. 3626A.dat
is the original solid-stud head. 3626B.dat is the newer style, with the
peace-sign stud. 3626.dat is a stub-file, because the B version was
originally released as simply 3626.dat. Likewise, 18.dat is a stub for
the older numbering of 3626A.dat.
