Re: LSynth on Mac OS X

(...) Sweet. I can host stuff. (...) Sweet. I guess I've kinda fallen off. Incidentally, the last few days I've been cleaning up my old files and I ran across the old LDMC website (LDraw for the Mac Campaign). Its been 5 years since I took the site (...) (...) Wow. You're a one-man Mac compatiblity machine. I almost wish I had a Mac so I could play with all the toys you've ported. Tim (17 years ago, 30-Mar-07, to lugnet.cad, lugnet.cad.dev.mac, FTX)

Re: Prefix character on meta commands?

(...) While I am a current member of the LSC, this hasn't been discussed there. It has always been my understanding that this format for meta commands was never intended to require existing meta commands (official or otherwise) to be changed. (...)   Re: Prefix character on meta commands?

(...) As the author of the meta command section of the 1.0.0.0 spec, my intention wasn't to twist the arms of developers into adopting the "!" prefix or the program name requirement. For non-official LDraw.org programs, I meant for these rules to be (...) (17 years ago, 28-Mar-07, to lugnet.cad.dev.org.ldraw)

Re: Prefix character on meta commands?

(...) I am no longer on the LSC, but I'll give my opinion. Given that the LPUB, SYNTH and MLCad's ROTATION meta's were defined before there was ever an LSC, before the LDraw file format 1.0.0.0 was officially ratified, or before the discussion in (...)   Re: Sneekpreview on animation software

(...) Screen space is a bit of a problem indeed, it runs out very fast :) That's why I support dual (or even more in theory) screens.   Re: Sneekpreview on animation software

Re: Fun with LDView Fly Through (A Minifig's Eye View)

--snip-- (...) Hi Jim, The second error there is certainly to blame for the opacity. You need to add a line globalsettings maxtracelevel N where N is high enough (probably 8 will do).
