What about those of us that only have one screen? Can you show an example of
how it would look there?

It seems to me the UI with the large sliders is a bit space consuming. Maybe
just a numerical display of the current value (the top part of the sliders),
and a right-click pop-up slider would be better for the screen space
impaired?

Screen space is a bit of a problem indeed, it runs out very fast :)
That's why I support dual (or even more in theory) screens. But every
screen can also have multiple desktops, and for each desktop you can
choose from 'windowed' or 'tabbed' mode.

Here's a screenshot of single monitor with a windowed desktop active.

A 'mini' version for the control panel window is a great Idea, thanks.

I don't see a time-line display (scene1, scene2, etc) either - is it there
somewhere, or how do you present the 'big picture'? Or is this for single
scene animations only?

The timeline display, or Animation editor. Is the next thing I'm working
on. The sliders and 3D views are the basis. You can view all defined
camera's and adjust any hinge/angle/position in the 'world' (the current
animation's characters, camera's  etc).

The animation editor will make it possible to set these same values but
by means of script / formulas or stop motion.

All that aside, it's a very interesting project, and I'm looking forward to
testing it when you release it!

Thanks, I'm hoping to get an feature complete version in about 2 to 3
months.
