Re: lsynth - LDRAW compatible bendable part synthesizer available

Kevin I am having the same issue with lsynth. Could you post the results of your findings here? The ONLY thing I can get lsynth to create is the ldraw files you provide with the application. If I try to use the parts in my own models or even just (...) (22 years ago, 12-Jan-03, to lugnet.cad.dev)

Re: Parts Tracker Email Notification System

(...) Hi, I am notified simply because I have reviewed (not have been reviewed), that is a little too much, isn't it? Thanks to busy admins, Damien (22 years ago, 12-Jan-03, to lugnet.cad.dev)

Steve Bliss <partsref@yahoo.com> schrieb im Newsbeitrag news:H8J2Aw.DE2@lugnet.com... (...) Thanks for this tool. I got such a message after I send a fixed part (one of mine) to the tracker.   Re: What's up with box3#8.dat? (was: BFC parts with BFC-less primitives)

Preview .dat and .ldr in Windows Explorer?

How are those preview pics done that you can see to the left when Windows Explorer is set to view "As Web Page"? Wouldn't it be great if we could preview LDraw files just the same? If it's too complicated to make a graphic preview, just description (...) (22 years ago, 11-Jan-03, to lugnet.cad.dev)

Re: What's up with box3#8.dat? (was: BFC parts with BFC-less primitives)

(...) How about we stick with alphanumerics (case-insensitive) and '-' for now? We can explore other characters over time, if it becomes necessary. More likely, we'll (eventually) leave the 8.3 filename format behind. :\ Steve (22 years ago, 10-Jan-03, to lugnet.cad.dev)

Re: What's up with box3#8.dat? (was: BFC parts with BFC-less primitives)

(...) True, but it'd probably be better to restrict ourselves to a limited set of characters that are well-supported in file and path names on different OS's and protocols. But you already knew that, right? ;) Steve (22 years ago, 11-Jan-03, to lugnet.cad.dev)

  Parts Tracker Email Notification System

I'm not sure if this is an announcement, or more like a warning. ;) I've been working on implementing email notification in the Parts Tracker, so it will automatically send out information about files being reviewed and updated.   Re: LDRAW Viewer 0.4 problem and more

(...) OK, up to now I have been working with very small models, but last night I decided to add some track under one of my engines (I am into trains if you didn't know). Selecting bricks on a large model (ca. 800 bricks) is slow (very slow). So, (...) (22 years ago, 10-Jan-03, to lugnet.cad.dev.mac)

Re: LDRAW Viewer 0.4 problem and more

(...) OK... this is why I am confused about the new feature... doesn't it already exist in LDGLite?
