Submitted for your approval, my very first Ldraw part: The cat. I'm a newbie to the program, via MLcad, and I've been enjoying the experience a lot. (...) Sounds like this is not the part number. Many parts have numbers of the form "n nn" or "n-nn" which probably refer to indivudual sites within the injection mould. Only the larger ones have room to include the TLC part number, typically in the (...) (23 years ago, 25-Feb-01, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

(...) I think it's a pretty amazing first part! Nice work. I'm not sure about use of the edge lines on things like the eyes, etc. These get lost when you POV. The edge lines I put in for Ldraw's and MLcad's sake; they make it easier to see the important features of the cat's face, plus the edge along the bottom I think is important to preserve. (...) I think it is quite correct of you to add the edge lines where there is sharp corners in the actual part. The ones you did look correctly done to me. (...) I've done a little more work on the edger, and in the process I've discovered it's a *dandy* integrity checker. Edges that don't match up to just two shapes tend to leave one edge dangling; this helped me find an unnecessary triangle in the (...) (23 years ago, 28-Feb-01, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

The latest update to the cat part: This version contains edge lines, and some adjustments to the face. I rounded out the cheeks a little more, and adjusted the mouth line.
