I think it's a pretty amazing first part! Nice work. I'm not sure about use
of the edge lines on things like the eyes, etc. These get lost when you POV.
If there really are marks or grooves in the part there, you may want to try
to model them.
But I ain't an author so I can't say for sure.

The edge lines I put in for Ldraw's and MLcad's sake; they make it easier to see the important features of the cat's face, plus the edge along the bottom I think is important to preserve.
