Re: Bag inventories now available in LDD format!

I'd like to mention to everyone that currently all of the Factory starter sets have been inventoried by bag and converted into custom palettes (.TIX files) for use in LDD. I'd suggest visiting the Brickwiki site first, but there is also a direct (...) (19 years ago, 12-Sep-05, to lugnet.cad, FTX)

Re: Question on dithered color subfiling

Re: Question on dithered color subfiling

Right. As stated in (URL) I had my part certified in no time (URL) but it being published in a new 'parts update' is taking a bit longer... :) (19 years ago, 9-Sep-05, to lugnet.cad, FTX)

Re: Question on dithered color subfiling

(...) While this is no longer a requirement, I feel that parts conforming to the old standard are not wrong and a hold vote based solely on this would probably be excessive. I would, however, make note of it in the review comments. -Orion (19 years ago, 9-Sep-05, to lugnet.cad)

  Question on dithered color subfiling

Dear List, I need a clarification concerning a part authoring/reviewing question. Until recently there were a rule for the part authors, that quads and triangles having dithered colors must be subfiled. If I remember well this was due to some (...) (19 years ago, 9-Sep-05, to lugnet.cad)

Re: New way to make Ldraw parts?

Plough's script works beautifully even with Blender 2.37, but it does seem as if Yann beat the both of us to it. Thanks, I will check that out. Hm - I wonder if Blender could be used to place the markers for stud connections? Just a random thought, (...) (19 years ago, 7-Sep-05, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

New way to make Ldraw parts?

Has anyone looked into using Blender to create new Ldraw parts? There is a script that reads Dat to Blender (URL), so perhaps it wouldn't be so hard to flip the script? I'm a programming noob, so I may be off base there. As I understand it, Mlcad or (...) (19 years ago, 7-Sep-05, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts, lugnet.cad, FTX)

Re: first timer help - looking for a part

I get the same error. My guess is that this 'BEN' modified/altered/improved this 2878 part. For the moment, alter your .mpd so that all 2878a.dat become 2878.dat.
