  Re: Overlapping polygons etc

(...) OK, using your example as a guide, I finished off the part. First cut is at (URL) did notice, though, that using LDview, there is a definite line where the studs join the cylinders. I tried rotating the studs by 22.5 degrees to match, but the (...) (21 years ago, 6-Aug-03, to lugnet.cad)

  Orange in LDraw

I did a color comparison of the color orange in LDraw: (URL) brick on the left is the current LDraw color 462 The brick in the middle is color 484, the dither of Yellow and Red (the dither of Red and Yellow, 334, is currently defined as Gold Chrome) (...)   PT Update Times (Was: 44567)

(...) While were on this topic, has there been any progress on making the PT update more often? Not that this is an urgent issue but it would be darn convenient if it were every 15 min or less. -Orion (21 years ago, 6-Aug-03, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

Re: LEdit Command line question  [DAT]

(...) The only way to do this with LEdit is to create your own part file, consisting of one line: 1 16 0 -24 20 1 0 0 0 1 0 0 0 1 3001.dat If you store that file in your ldraw\parts directory, you can use it in LEdit as a part, in place of 3001.dat.   Re: Command line commands in dat parts

(...) But for the less commonly used tools ... it does nothing. At this time, CMDLINE is really just a comment. Maybe someday, some renderer/editor will make use of it, but not yet. Steve (21 years ago, 6-Aug-03, to lugnet.cad.dev)

  Re: 44567

(...) Actually, files *should* be available for downloading as soon as they are uploaded. The part that happens every hour is updating the rest of the details page -- the image, the votes, the related files, the history list (and the activity log). (...)   Re: Overlapping polygons etc

  Re: Overlapping polygons etc  [DAT]

(...) I think I missed what you meant earlier. I would not inline the stud for that, Unless it was a major piece of the part. which this is not. (...) Ok, I see it now. My laptop screen was not showing me enough detail. See my example below. I used (...) (21 years ago, 6-Aug-03, to lugnet.cad)

  KNEX pieces in Ldraw?

I have been wondering lately whether this would work (or if it's legal). All someone has to do is create knex pieces in the DAT format, and then you could have a folder called Knex in the parts window in MLCAD. You could even take it as far as (...)   Re: Overlapping polygons etc

Thanks for your replies! (...) OK. I just thought with 24 studs being affected, the large increase in polygons may be a bad idea, but it's better to get it right. (...) AFAIK this part is only available in black, but better safe than sorry. (...) (...) (21 years ago, 5-Aug-03, to lugnet.cad)

How to use Mega-Pov without LPub

Hello. This is my first post on lugnet. I have searched and read nearly all of the topics about Mega-Pov. I have tried for a long time to get the edge lines, but I just can't seem to get it. I put the line #version unofficial MegaPov 1.0 and then (...) (21 years ago, 5-Aug-03, to lugnet.cad.ray)

  Re: Overlapping polygons etc
