Thanks for all the great replies! I too build in much the same manner.
Let me clarify, Specifically what kinds of parts do you use when building
Mecha, and or types of peices would you like more of?

| Plate Click Hinge, strong, very attachable, very hidable, hole in center good! Technic arm joint (super battle droid, UCS Naboo fighter stand) Also good, not as strong, axle hole and shape of core make a little awkward to use. Liking the plates with (...) | A lot of my mechs have the same body composition something which I am trying to change. But most of my mechs use these pieces: Technic ball technic sockets 1x2 brick with axle hole 6x1 wedges?
