When setting out to "Make a Mech".....What 5 things do you need when building?

1. Lego bricks
2. Uninterrupted time.
3. A build up of rest and nourishment, because I'll just keep building.
4. Music.  Lots of music.
5. Wooshing noises, or Whrrrr-THUD (walking mech) sound effects.

What is it your looking for when you set your pieces out and begin building?

I'm kind of zen in this respect.  I'll just start putting the peices
together and then they talk to me.  I do what the nice bricks tell me to.

What parts help you or what do you think would help you in building Mecha?

Turntables and hinges, Click hinge plates!!!, 1x1 technic bricks, 1/2
friction pin 1/2 axle, Technic Brick, hoses, fiction swivel hinges.  And I'd
be absolutely useless without my army corp of minifig engineers.
