Eek!  I want to make sure that I can reasonably claim to be eligible... can
we make it clear that the Scrutinizer[1] is the final arbiter?  And you
mentioned that the contest starts on Dec. 1st.  Let's say that the people in
the above list who want to compete don't get any rules input after that date.

Fine, but I want your opinions.

In any case, the rules look pretty complete save for tally details.  Who
will tally the votes, and will you look for another uninterested party to
verify?  Larry Pieniazek audited last year- perhaps he'd be willing to do so
again.

I'll ask around...

[1] Can I use that for a ship name?  Or should that be reserved for next
year's Space Police contest?

You want to name a ship after me?!?
