Let's say that the people in the above list who want to compete don't get any rules input after that date. In any case, the rules look pretty complete save for tally details. Who will tally the votes, and will you look for another uninterested party to verify? Larry Pieniazek audited last year- perhaps he'd be willing to do so again. [1] Can I use that for a ship name?
