Certainly not. In fact, I'm in the same position as you- I used to do it all
the time, immediately when I got home, no matter how silly the set was or how
much I had just bought it from parts. I would always put at least one copy of
the set together from the instructions.
I have amanged to shake that compulsion, however. I never actually built King
Leo's Castle (although that was mostly because I didn't really have space to
build it at the time I bought it), I certainly never built the Technic C-3PO or
Stormtrooper, etc.

| Ever since my little-kid days I have always felt a need to build the set using the instructions at least once, even if it's a really dumb one that I just bought for the parts. But lately I've started buying more than one of some sets, and am (...) (24 years ago, 29-Mar-01, to lugnet.build)
