Not at all. Well, maybe with my second guess on #13, but that’s a matter of the evidence (i.e. the original mlcad plate that it was modified from) being flawed. For everything else I clearly thought just hard enough, since I pegged them all.

I think a better approach than analysing in depth is to just ask the originator what she had in mind.

I like to believe that if we’re just presented with pictures, it means we should be able to figure out what we’re looking at. Then again, I love puzzles and I have a good eye for spatial geometry, so I’d be very disappointed if I couldn’t figure it out on my own.

It’s not my wishlist, nor is it necessarily billed as a generic one, it’s a particular person’s wishlist. So I couldn’t say why, not being that person.

There’s a whole world of difference between being able to say “why” and being able to say “what”. And between the two possibilities for #17, Ockham’s Razor says it’s a 2x2x1. For that matter, there’s no reason why #13 couldn’t be a 9x9x1 brick without studs, except that it makes much more sense that it’d be a tile.

But who cares? I merely asked questions (to show my interest and to give positive feedback because I think she did a neat thing) without a rush to judgement about what sorts of parts are “good” and what sort aren’t.

I wasn’t the one who thought up the idea of capping a 1x1 tile with a slightly oversized 1x1 dome piece (then again, maybe you only tossed that out there to be contrary because I picked up on clues that you missed).
