Hollywood Sign and Film Clapboard MOCs

Below is a link to some pictures of my brother's Hollywood sign and film clapboard MOCs. He did bring them to BrickFest 2003 but wanted some comments or suggestions, be they good or bad.   Re: Pentagram MOC

(...) Very Nice. I think it is loads better than just a marker drawing that you did. Too bad you couldn't light the underside, so that the transparent tiles could glow. You could probably add some smoke to the picture using a graphics editor, and (...) (21 years ago, 22-Aug-03, to lugnet.castle, lugnet.build.mosaic)

  Re: Pirate Monkey Mech

(...) Very silly and amusing! If you are interested in making it more over the top, my suggestion would be to make the cannon a shoulder mount, extend the arm, and construct a revolving gatling-musket for a hand. -->Bruce<-- (21 years ago, 22-Aug-03, to lugnet.build.mecha)
