Thanks Jeff. I'll experiment with something other than the Bohrok teeth, but I do have a reason for them and it's not to resemble Bohrok. I have a storyline in my head that will (someday) come to fruition and then it will make sense. I named them (...) (23 years ago, 7-Apr-02, to lugnet.build.mecha)

Re: New Flight Pack & Droid Host Starfighter

(...) Yeah, I took a look at your pack yesterday-pretty cool. I like how you have the engines firing in multiple directions. The Jet'Sidhe looks like it would function very well in space.(BTW, no rip-off interpreted-just coincidence) Cool looking (...) (23 years ago, 7-Apr-02, to lugnet.build.mecha, lugnet.space)

Re: *^$%$()^%^$ Missing Link to "New MOCs"

(...) Yay! Another Bionicle Mech builder out there! That makes 3 1/2 (Bryce is the 1/2). Looks cool. Even though the Bohrok are small they have some pretty cool parts. My little crit of the MOC is that you should think about changing out the Bohrok (...) (23 years ago, 7-Apr-02, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  New MOC: Michigan Theater

Time to announce my newest building. I recently finished the Michigan Theater, a fully furnished 1920's movie palace. My largest building yet features a neoclassical exterior and a japanise atmospheric interior. There is seating capacity for 86 (...)   Re: "New MOCs"

Thanks for the reply, Eric. I am in-between houses right now and we are living with relatives. I do have my computer set up, but I haven't had much time for building or reading much less posting. Recently I've found a little extra time, though. I'd (...) (23 years ago, 7-Apr-02, to lugnet.build.mecha)

Re: New Flight Pack & Droid Host Starfighter

I saw this right after I posted my Jet'Sidhe. I was hoping you didn't think I ripped off your pic's composition and stuff. :-) Cool looking pack. The 2 studs on the back of that helmet must be great to build stuff on. I really like your Bloodstar a (...) (23 years ago, 7-Apr-02, to lugnet.build.mecha, lugnet.space)

  New MOCs

I know Bionicle-type MOCs don't go over too well on this newsgroup, but I thought I'd post anyway. I've started making a little different type using the Bohrok clear piece as a cockpit window and having a place for a minifig. The pictures don't (...)   Re: That's quite an extensive backstory you've got there...

Building in the passenger capacity was fairly easy; the passengers themselves were the real surprise. Hasn't anybody else used M-Tron backpack harnesses to give minifigs customizable carrying capacity? The Adventurers packs were a beginning, but I (...) ...but it goes well with your well done Hind. I like how you incorporated the passenger carrying capacity of the Hind (a feature that I believe is rarely used in real life) to make an all purpose SOF Battlewagon. Also, your use of the 2x2 round tile (...) (23 years ago, 6-Apr-02, to lugnet.build.military)
