As always, you manage to "kick it up a notch" as Emeril would say (You
don't know who Emeril is? Check out "Emeril Live" on FoodTV - not
just another cooking show...)
The idea of making it come apart into slices is brilliant! How are
the slices held in place, though, before they are removed? Can you
take more pictures of some of the slices? I'm having trouble
picturing how six of them can fit in the open wedge from your
pictures.
And best of all, you made my favorite flavor - lemon! :-)

| The outer ring of pieces are held by a few studded plates along the baseplate. Those outer pieces 'corral' the interior slices in. I have a new picture showing the six removed slices, and how the would fill the missing wedge: (...) (23 years ago, 9-Apr-02, to lugnet.build)
