(...) Well, try doing a small cockpit like mine. (URL) Hoplite's cockpit is inspired by a model by geordan hankinson. I can get some more pics if you like... Ryan (23 years ago, 2-Apr-02, to lugnet.build.mecha)

Re: town contest - voting thoughts

My approach was to pick my favorite from each category (and that alone was tough), and then to look at the results and see which ones had the most "wow" factor. I won't say what they were, though. But note: even a small vehicle can have "wow" (...) (23 years ago, 2-Apr-02, to lugnet.build.contests)

  Re: New MOC: The Rainmaker

(...) Thanks Geordan. (...) The handgun was a bit tricky, but I think the facade handle works nicely (while it's in the hand, of course) (...) That's something I'm still having problems with - allowing for ankle movement while keeping them covered. (...) (23 years ago, 2-Apr-02, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: New MOC: The Rainmaker

(...) 'Preciate it. That was my main goal for this one - movement and poseability. (...) Yeah, I did have another gun, some shoulder-mounted missiles, and some other things, but it really made the Rainmaker look cluttered. So I stripped them down. (...)   Re: Wing Gundam?

I thought how am I going to bring it down to three let alone compare vehicles to large massive scale buildings... the only way I did it was first of all choose atleast 1 (...)   Re: town contest - voting thoughts

(...) I have to agree, this was really tough... I had originally voted for 3 of what I felt were the most amazing models but I went back and looked and realised I had picked the biggest, too, so went and reviewed. But all 3 of my votes still went (...) (23 years ago, 1-Apr-02, to lugnet.build.contests)

  Re: New MOC: The Rainmaker

Hey this looks swell Chris! reminds me alot of a VOTOMS mecha, nice, the missile pack on the arm is really well designed, as is the hand gun. I really like the feet too! There's not a lot of room in the story for showing Lot's daughter's reaction to being offered up to the angry mob, but if you look closely at the photo of Lot making his infamous offer, you can see his daughters through the window: (URL) Smith (23 years ago, 1-Apr-02, to lugnet.build.ancient)

Cool Chris, very cool... I really like the articulation you put into this mecha.   Some new MOC's images on Brickmania.com site

Hello all, I had to take a break from the Bricklink order filling frenzy last week to maintain my sanity.   PICS FOUND!!!! Re: Lego acquires new license
