I like #2 also. I don't have a lot of time, as I already spend too much of it
here enjoyably mucking about, to do a lot of email. My computer's demand has
almost doubled since we started getting software for my daughter. I did
subscribe yesterday to .announce just to see what #1 would be like though. I
probably should set up my "Inbox Assistant" to filter for Mike Stanley (such
power! ;-) Some mail programs like Juno do not support filtering cuz they want
you to read everything which includes their ads.
