That's right -- they're not supposed to wrap automatically. As near as I can
figure, BTW, MSIE is not broken in this regard because the WRAP= attribute of
the <TEXTAREA> tag is not part of the HTML 3.2 or 4.01 standard and thus the
two browsers can implement different default behavior each without being
broken. (That's how I figure anyway after looking up <TEXTAREA> on w3.org.)
