| | Re: Curator List
|
| (...) Yes. It's a good idea, especially for emphasizing groups that would most benefit from some attention. That *open* link could appear on the group's page itself too. We can do that once there's a curator FAQ of some kind for interested parties (...) (22 years ago, 19-Jun-02, to lugnet.admin.curators)

| Hi all, I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed by the amount of stuff I really want to reply to here.. - Right now I'm writing a summary of my opinions on the posting privileges issue, because I see people making false assumptions. I'd also like to set up a (...) (22 years ago, 18-Jun-02, to lugnet.lego.direct, lugnet.admin.general)

| | Re: why no ".dat" email digests?...
|
| (...) Because 'lugnet.cad.dat' is retired, inactive, no-longer-in-existence. Unless I misunderstand news-by-mail, you only get messages for groups you specifically subscribe to, not all the subgroups under the specific groups. Steve (22 years ago, 24-Jun-02, to lugnet.admin.general)

| (...) (not Suz or Todd, but...) Steve has the right of it. I'm e-mail subscribed to loc.ca, but I do not see any messages in any of the various loc.ca.foo groups. This is IMO, a good thing. thanks, James (22 years ago, 24-Jun-02, to lugnet.admin.general)

Anyway, here are some ideas of my own: Format: I think it should be based on the rating of the site, rather than a voting system as it was before. People, probably only Lugnet members, could (...) | | Re: New homepage for LUGNET part 4
|
| (...) Rene, great work so far. I am 'REALLY' gonna miss the old homepage of LUGNET. Honestly, I don't know why or how much change needs to be done? I know the new look will not please everybody. So far, I have compared each draft and the current (...) (18 years ago, 22-Dec-06, to lugnet.admin.suggestions, FTX)

One thing which would be nice if you allow polls to be edited at some point is to dump the (...) (22 years ago, 16-Aug-02, to lugnet.admin.suggestions)
