Yes. It's a good idea, especially for emphasizing groups that would most
benefit from some attention. That *open* link could appear on the group's page
itself too. We can do that once there's a curator FAQ of some kind for
interested parties to look at.
For now though, the available groups are "everything else," which can be viewed
at the news index; and sending e-mail to me serves as application.
