Would it be possible to add groups that are available for curatorships (real
word?), these could be designated *Open* with a link to a curator application.

| (...) Yes. It's a good idea, especially for emphasizing groups that would most benefit from some attention. That *open* link could appear on the group's page itself too. We can do that once there's a curator FAQ of some kind for interested parties (...) (22 years ago, 19-Jun-02, to lugnet.admin.curators)
