Re: Legal to sell "reverse engineered" copies of LEGO stickers?

(...) Actually, I'd like to know whether the projected pricing will by any means match the effort. If so, trying to find original sticker sheets may become very attractive price-wise (since there are usually more than just one type of sticker on the (...)   Re: LEGO set 4999 Vestas (please release it)

(...) I can only repeat that it would be unwise from LEGO and Vestas to actually keep this a limited edition set. With energy prices soaring, renewable energy of all kinds is certainly a theme that will appeal to a large community (kids and adults (...)   Re: LEGO set 4999 Vestas (please release it)

I second everything that has been said about this set: It's too good to be limited to an exclusive group of commercial customers. Make this thing public, and if Vestas objects (why on Earth should they?), paste a fantasy brand on the turbine. That's (...) (16 years ago, 17-Jul-08, to lugnet.dear-lego, lugnet.general, FTX)

Re: TLG wants your input on the CITY line

(...) Well, the issue may be that there must be something in it for all parties. If LEGO went ahead and produced sets with certain brand names (like they did a long time back with Shell, Philips, Volkswagen to just name a few - or Maersk to be a bit (...)   Re: Motor problem

(...) Hi Magnus, a variety of reasons comes to mind: - Are you using a rechargeable battery? The 9V types of rechargeables sometimes lose power too quickly for such a rather demanding application. - If you let the motor run freely (i.e. without any (...)   Re: Best-Lock update

(...) Joseph, as a matter of fact I did - and some. (...) BestLock are sometimes found in discount stores, but they are usually older sets of poor quality - hence my hesitant expectations with regard to quality (in material) of newer sets. I do own (...)   Re: Best-Lock update

Looks like BestLock are trying to fill a gap here - Playmobil is somewhat successful with their Romans theme, but there hasn't been anything alike in the brick scene. I've become somewhat hesitant w/regard to clone brands over the years - they (...) (16 years ago, 10-Jul-08, to lugnet.off-topic.clone-brands)

Re: TLG wants your input on the CITY line

Some statistics based on the new read counter

All, I just thought you might find this interesting: I have been monitoring the read counter for articles since its implementation last night (local time in Germany ;) ).
