Re: My new approach to modular brickscaping...

Thomas, thanks for your feedback - I think the height issue will sort itself out with the additional modules I'm starting on right now. Adjacent modules will either run to greater heights (as for the tunnel mountain) or as low as 2-3 bricks high, (...) (17 years ago, 30-Dec-07, to lugnet.trains)

Hello! ...just announcing a little four-picture-series I built for the Midnight MOCkery Contest: (URL) just a little scenery which nevertheless cost some bricks. Now I almost completely ran out of grey bricks. (URL) (22 years ago, 3-Oct-02, to lugnet.castle)

Re: Good Pics of Oxford / Cobi / Lego

(...) Jeff, a question about the military jeep set. Is the camo pattern on the briks or is it stickers? I'm thinking it might be neat to have some OD green bricks, but I'm really not interested in camo pattern bricks. Karl (18 years ago, 22-Aug-06, to lugnet.off-topic.clone-brands, FTX)

New elements, get them while they're hot!

New best lock sets are coming out with new (to the Lego palette) elements. The newest 240 and 500 piece police building sets include a few 1x5 bricks, 1x5 plates, as well as scads of 1x4x3 bricks.   New Part: Modulex\plt0116.dat - Modulex (R) Plate 1 x 16  [DAT]

Modulex "plates" are half the height of Modulex bricks. When dealing with clone brands, I called parts with this height relation semi-bricks. But I don't think the are any plates 1/3 of a brick in Modulex. So I think we can call them Plates. What do (...) (21 years ago, 23-Mar-04, to lugnet.cad)
