Hi Dö, I understand your feelingsand share your points. When you find something yours in another website it's incredible how much different you can feel whether they give you the proper credit or not. The difference is as wide as is being rewarded (...)   Evil Stevie's Pirate Game Success at Gen Con

This will be a brief report. More later in this thread (including hopefully a link to an extensive writeup of the games). ESPG was a smashing (almost literally - we had several hurricane accidents) success. We ran over 20 hours of ESPG. We ran two (...)   Re: "Open in NNTP newsreader"

(...) No, no! I like it! I momentarily switched my monitor resolution from 800x600 to 640x480 to see if it was cluttered but it wasn't at all. Thanks for adding the traffic link too (a la Chinese checkers :), and also thanks very much for listening (...) (25 years ago, 29-Jun-99, to lugnet.admin.general)

Mall of America STAR WARS display

Just got back from the Mall of America in Minnesota. The LEGO place there had a pretty cool setup for the STAR WARS kits. I took a couple pics with my el-cheepo digital camera. Wish they would supply us with instructions on how to make a similar (...) (26 years ago, 4-Apr-99, to lugnet.starwars)

Re: Can anyone give me some web site design advice?

I had actually been thinking that myself. Actually, I run my screen at 1200x1000 but my typical web window ends up being about 1024x700. I have thought about how the large pictures are a little "too" big. I would prefer to post smaller ones and have (...) (25 years ago, 7-Mar-00, to lugnet.publish)

  lorenzian waterwheel (chaos)

Hi I thought this group might be a good place to ask this question. I'm interested in building a Lorenzian waterwheel and plotting the phase space. (...) Snipped pics, kept links. Excellent work, Nik. Appetite whetted! I really like this kind of work-in-progress display. While a 'completed' MOC is great, this has a 'real world' feel to it.
