  Re: Bell Hoss

(...) Hi Nathan, This MOC looks promissing! I find building compact models to be a real challenge... I like your track design! What type of turn table are you using to rotate the super structure? I've found that part to be the weakest link on many (...) (19 years ago, 11-Oct-05, to lugnet.technic)

  Re: Canadian Tax!

(...) I didn't do much more than poke at the Fraser calculator, but it's cool. Thanks for the link. 50% seems awfully high. I supose it depends partly on what you consider "modest", and whether or not you've mouths to feed. Modest varies a lot (...) (24 years ago, 3-May-00, to lugnet.off-topic.debate)

  Anywhere NYC.....just about

Hello, I wanted some 'Jonathan time' on Fathers Day, so I spent an hour or so building a couple of new facades for my planned town layout. This is the link to the Brickshelf folder. The new buildings are the red ones. (URL) like how the tiles look (...) (22 years ago, 17-Jun-02, to lugnet.town, lugnet.announce.moc, lugnet.build.arch)

Sale in bricks4you.com - 10-50% on a lot of stuff

Hi, To get more space for coming new parts and to reduce stock on several items have I discounted nearly 500 sets, parts and figs with 10-50%. On sale do you find a lot of star wars and castle sets, Harry Potter figs (many of the new as well) and a (...) (22 years ago, 5-Oct-02, to lugnet.market.buy-sell-trade)

  Re: three new photos

Bobby, Oh, sure, I know it, but I was rather thinking of lego-specific images, in order to see how others had done hair, and other feminine traits. Sort of glad I didn't find anything, though, even though I feel there are problems with my project. (...) (23 years ago, 2-Nov-01, to lugnet.build.mecha)

Re: Looking for Sand Red bricks

(...) I think you may have missed a few listings. There are currently 147 lots of Sand Red items, 27 of which are Bricks. Of those 27, twelve lots contain at least 100 pieces. I did not factor price into the search. Keep in mind that Sand Red is not (...) (22 years ago, 29-Oct-02, to lugnet.market.brickshops)

  eBay viewing change: implications

I recently threw a handful of lots on eBay, something I haven't done for a while, and I've been puzzled by how slowly they were moving. Today I went and took a look at the Lego category on eBay, and realised why: now, when you pick a category to (...) (23 years ago, 18-Mar-02, to lugnet.market.theory)

  Flyers?

We forgot to talk about this last night. Alex and I discussed this over the phone a bit, and we were somewhat undecided about whether or not to have flyers at the show(s), as we did last year. My thoughts are that we probably should, but that they (...) (23 years ago, 21-Jul-01, to lugnet.org.ca.vlc)

And when you look at your initial words (which I left, for reference while snipping all else away) on this topic, I think it was a fair sentiment. Stamping your foot and saying "so sue me" (...)   Latest BFC Spec?

I'd like to (finally) add BFC support to LDView, so I performed a search here on lugnet.cad.dev to try and track down the BFC spec. Unfortunately, all the links I found were no longer valid.   The LEGO Racers theme should have its own newsgroup.
