Let's hope not. It remains to be seen what this will actually mean for users,

In the meantime, I just signed up for another online payment service run by
CitiBank, www.c2it.com. I haven't had the opportunity to use it yet, but
CitiBank is a trusted name, and they claim that there are no fees to buyers OR
sellers. Not sure how this works out for them, but as long as its free, I'll try
to use it instead of PayPal.
