  Don Bruce's chateau

Hi all, I just wanted to highlight Don Bruce's chateau. I really like how he is working at a whole variety of scales to make a historical castle. Anyway, it showed up on the Brickshelf recent page and I was once again impressed. Here's the link: (...) (22 years ago, 3-Sep-02, to lugnet.castle)

  LEGO-related blogs?

I saw this post today: (URL) included a link to a LEGO-related blog. I'm sure Bruce can't be the only one writing about LEGO in his blog. So I wondered: Is there a list of LEGO-related blogs somewhere? Or a way to search for them somehow? If no one (...) (20 years ago, 9-Mar-05, to lugnet.general)

  Re: jump.cgi

(...) OK, good, then this has nothing to do with jump.cgi per se (not that I thought it did, but it's better to be sure just in case). You're seeing the same thing from a different redirector. (The display.cgi script simply picks apart the ng name (...) (24 years ago, 14-Aug-00, to lugnet.admin.general)

Re: New newsgroup for MOC announcements

(...) I agree. Pictures are pretty. Among other things: they would continuously freshen up the home page; they'd serve as an additional honor for the featured builder; and they invite new visitors inside. Have a look at this earlier idea, halfway (...) (23 years ago, 11-Jan-02, to lugnet.admin.nntp)

(...) Actually, I don't have a PPC Mac, just the previous OS version. I believe that if you don't get everything right for the "universal" stuff, it will give you an error at link time. (...) Wow, you folks are sensitive. I thought the typo and the bizare link from google were kinda funny. I even added a smiley to go with the winky, but lugnet squashed my attempt to set FUT to .fun. Gotta figure out how to do that. Anyhow, the only (...) (20 years ago, 28-May-04, to lugnet.off-topic.debate, FTX)

John Leo's opinion of "The West Wing"

I saw his column today in the Grand Rapids Press. So I thought I'd share it with you. But of course to just cut and paste it in here is copyright infringement, not fair use, so if you want to see what he thinks, you'll have to follow a link. Here's (...)
