| I am going to guess this is a software problem on the PC side. If you can boot your computer in DOS mode, try running IC then. Or find an older box :-(. | (...) Yes, the freeware MS-DOS/Windows tools have been known to have problems on some new/fast PCs. It all has to do with old serial drivers. Newton Labs stands behind the commercial product.
