Re: Automated minifig walking animation include file for Povray (Was: 8002 destroyer)

Hi Tore, I gave your program a spin. I'd say we are not that far away in conceptual terms. "My aim is to let the program I'm currently working on take on the grunt work." Is pretty much what I'm thinking. And the whole "march.exe" idea is right on (...) (21 years ago, 18-Feb-04, to lugnet.cad, lugnet.animation)

Re: Shop At Home feedback requested.

I suppose a lot depends on who it's targetted at. Level of juniorization and model scale are big questions. Classic cars at the mini-racer scale (meh, ok)? Minifig scale (neat!)? Model team scale (drool!)? Considering that it sounds like it's a S@H (...) (19 years ago, 15-Feb-06, to lugnet.lego.direct)

  WANTED: Dark Gray Minifig Hands!

Man, this latest project is going to cost me a fortune! =) I need 15-20 pairs of dark grey minifig hands. I have confirmed that at least two figures have them: Boba Fett, and the UFO leader (Alpha Draconis?). Now, who would be willing to part with (...)   Classic Space Minifig Keychain

I spotted this at my local LEGO retail store and picked one up. It's a blue Classic Space logo minifig (item number 4243694). However, it comes with the (URL) "modern"> helmet and not the (URL) "classic"> one. But, there's no LEGO logo on his back. (...) (20 years ago, 8-Jul-04, to lugnet.space, FTX)

  Minifig trip to Carlsbad?

With "take figs to work" day being discussed again I got to thinking about places that might be cool to photograph "touring" minifigs (1). Actually occured to me when reading Mike Stanley's message about taking figs to see Star Wars. The obvious (...) (26 years ago, 1-Dec-98, to lugnet.general)

  Re: MiniFig Ponderings?

(...) This is very true, but it didn't need minifigs to get it. There were no minifigs when I was Lego-ing as a kid in the 60's, but we still had people: one round 1x1x1 was a child, and two of them stacked was an adult. Different color combinations (...)
