Re: Set #10021 has been spotted at Shop at Home!

Ben: You're absolutely entitled to your own opinion on these matters, but you have to be in an extreme minority on this point. In a time when TLC has given up traditional building methods and so few modern sets actually contain traditional elements, (...) (22 years ago, 16-Jun-02, to lugnet.loc.nl, lugnet.general)

Re: Extra! Extra! Lego Direct to reissue guarded inn!

Actually I've read Brad's post several times over. I pose the question because I believe that Shop @ Home exclusive items always have a smaller production run than its counterparts that are distributed to the general market. And due to the inherent (...) (23 years ago, 8-Jun-01, to lugnet.castle)

  Black Cloth capes

John, Sorry for the nonlegotreur, but where in the world (set #?) do you get black cloth lego capes? I have a few opera characters & several halloween legends that could really use them.   Re: Another Legend dies....

I don't understand how re-releasing these sets is bad for anyone. If you're a collector, you'll want the original set with its original box. The Legends packaging is distinctly different from the original packaging. Also, many Lego pieces are (...) (23 years ago, 17-Jul-01, to lugnet.trains)

Re: Rumored Castle sets now a nightmare.

(...) I find it funny that Castle fans are the most vocal about being 'left behind' by LEGO, while Castle received two Legends and a MOC set which are absolutely fantasic. Plus, many Castle parts exist on the market today (albeit in Harry Potter (...) (21 years ago, 16-Nov-03, to lugnet.castle)
