| | Re: New 2006 Technic Set Pics
|
| (...) If it has weight bricks and no studs, how are they going to be attached? Jam it on those liftarms, stud sideways? :-) (Yes, I would do it that way.) Thank you you guys for these great pics! Now my two cents and speculations after I glean (...) (19 years ago, 7-Feb-06, to lugnet.technic, FTX)

| | Re: New houses in "Steinford"
|
| Hi George, (...) Thanks for your words. (...) I think, this is the minimum diameter that can be built by 1x2-bricks. This one is a 48-brick-circumference. Inside it is built with many bricks to fix the outer bricks. I used 1x2 bricks as well as 4 (...) (19 years ago, 20-Jan-06, to lugnet.build, FTX)

| | My first MOD*
|
| Hi spacers (Space!), I have made my first MOD (*My Own Drawing): (URL) It is called the Bleyship Mk.II. The light and dark greyish colored parts of the ship use actual Lego RGB values for Dark stone grey and Medium stone grey. Full size pic here: (...) (19 years ago, 9-Feb-06, to lugnet.space, FTX)

| | Re: Modular Hill Standard

| (...) Our tables are just over 4, but well under 5 bricks thick. We do not necessarily plan to run them under tables, it is mainly for on the tables, to give the layout a more real feel. In populated areas, trains often run elevated, so city streets (...) (19 years ago, 6-Feb-06, to lugnet.trains, FTX)

As long as John comes though with lending me white and pink system bricks for the TOs and BrinkLink delivers the lights on time, I should be able to field one of my classical well built, but ran out of time to program entries ;-) I still (...) | | New part: Trailer Base 4 x 16 x 1
|
| I have created another new (old) part: Trailer Base 4 x 16 x 1 It's on the parts tracker as x510.dat (URL) left out the inforcementrib underneat, which is nonfunctional in CAD. I used the same orientation as the other trailer base (968.dat). (...) (19 years ago, 22-Jul-05, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

| | New part: Brick 1 x 8 without Centerstuds [DAT]
|
| I noticed that the old 1 x 8 brick without centerstuds has not been created for LDraw, yet. This part is not even listed in the Peeron database either. This variant is used in the CA period a lot, although I have a red brick which seems ABS to me. (...) (19 years ago, 22-Jul-05, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

| (...) Well, the funny thing happens to be that I started out complex at first and tried to combine stuff. When that gave me problems, I figured I would just simplify it to a road, car, and figure. Let me show you the work I'm trying to do. This is (...) (19 years ago, 25-Jul-05, to lugnet.cad, FTX)
