Re: Request for Feedback - focused thread

(...) Priority to keep as "old or universal" colors to remain available....Basic bricks, both light and dark gray, in the 1x (1,2,3,4,6,8) are my first choice to keep. I would love to keep ordering them in bulk (100 of 1x2, for example), not in (...) (20 years ago, 10-May-04, to lugnet.lego, lugnet.general, FTX)

  Re: The Old Mill

Hi Nathan, Great Mill! It has a lot of detail. I like the bricks on the base concept too. My only criticism is the wheel. It could use some work, but if you were out of pieces, you were out of pieces! Build On, Josh (...) (21 years ago, 13-Apr-03, to lugnet.castle)

  Re: CA bricks ?

Did someone say Cellulose Acetate???? The red and yellow are easiest to spot. The red has an orange hue to it. The yellow is a "Lemon Chiffon" shade that is lighter in color. Blue is also a bit lighter. But the other colors are hard to tell the (...) (24 years ago, 30-Nov-00, to lugnet.general)

  Re: Berlin's old suburban train!

(...) Cool! Really looks like it might have appeared in the 12V line. Excellent use of clear bricks. One question: I like the way you used the 1x2 with handle plate on the sides, but what did it represent. A door? Maybe I'm not familiar enough with (...) (...) Oh, bad form, replying to myself. After downloading the demo, I picked up the software for a discount, since it's so old. I'll give it a whirl, and if I can pick apart the file format, maybe I'll try to get it playing nice with lDraw... - Mike (25 years ago, 8-Feb-00, to lugnet.cad)

Hello Nathan, (...) That's a neat scenery you're showing, my compliments. I especially like the way you're using the base to build a hill. Seems to me that in this way you can build a large volume with a relatively low number of bricks, while (...) (21 years ago, 14-Apr-03, to lugnet.castle)

Pick a Brick - Potomac Mills, VA

I will be in the Potomac Mills area this weekend and I might be able to stop by the LEGO store there. How is the Pick-a-Brick selection there?   Old LEGO and LEGO with holes in studs.

I am bored today. Whilst sorting my LEGO collection, I started wondering what decides which parts will have holes in the studs?
