  IMI Desert Eagle .50cal AE

The long-awaited follow up to my Beretta 9mm Series 92 (which became the thing I will probably be most known for after I die)... The IMI Desert Eagle .50cal. For years I've had people emailing me asking that I create one, so finally I did. It (...) (19 years ago, 25-Apr-06, to lugnet.announce.moc, FTX)

  Re: NXT firmware?

(...) Hmm, then how would all of the MDP participants have upgraded their bricks? (I'm operating under the -- possibly faulty -- assumption that the bricks shipped out as a part of this program were running pre-release firmware.) Or did they all go (...)   CAD sketches of Swedish and one Danish train

Hello! I've not been doing any Lego-building or -CADding for a very long time now, and I've come to realize that I probably won't be doing it for a long time to come either. So finally I decided to post a couple of half-finished CAD sketches of (...) (18 years ago, 24-Nov-06, to lugnet.trains, FTX) !!

Lego Cleaner (Was Re: My forestmen loss)

(...) Here is an idea for TLG: lego cleaner: a oproduct specificly designed for cleaning lego parts, designed so that it wont leave residue on the bricks, damage the bricks or melt ABS. You could market it in toy shops or whatever in the lego (...) (25 years ago, 6-Apr-00, to lugnet.castle, lugnet.dear-lego) !

  Re: Radical statement!

(...) 4561 is not between Duplo and "crafstman" trains. It is part of the LEGO System Train theme, designed for children between the ages of 8 and 12. It is not a City Center set. Yes, the front of the engine is formed largely by two specialized (...) (24 years ago, 21-Dec-00, to lugnet.general)

Re: LEGO Name Badge Kit with 1x1 Printed Tiles

(...) Unfortunately, and inexplicably, TLG redesigned the pattterns for all of these tiles, so these are different parts.[1] (URL) the letters on the newer tiles (from set 4294192) seem consistently smaller than those in set 4677 and most seem (...) G'day all, Long time reader, first time post. G’day to all the Sydney AFOL’s – Richie, James, Richard – still going baldy?, Pete and all the others I haven’t met. I have been collecting Lego now for over 5 years and sometimes I sell some Lego on (...) (19 years ago, 22-Apr-06, to lugnet.loc.au)

  New track mod: 10-stud-curve

My first track mod was the now fairly common point with a 2-curve side-branch. I'd always wanted to do the opposite - to move the track over with just curves. Now I can, thanks to this little piece; a 10-stud curve: (URL) to Gallery>> <- click for (...) (19 years ago, 23-Apr-06, to lugnet.trains, lugnet.parts.custom, FTX)

Re: How old is the oldest active Australian Lego fan?

Ha, just say over 50, though I didn't get into lego until my kids did. Now that they are loosing interest, it is all mine (maniacal laughter). They have orders that there are to be NO grandchildren, as I won't share!!!! Don't do much building other (...) (19 years ago, 12-Apr-06, to lugnet.loc.au)

  Road Trip to Lille tomorrow

Hi all, Just a short note to let you know that I'm going to stop at the DYA superstore in Hazebrouck tomorrow on my way to Lille. I've got exactly enough petrol in the car to be on empty when we get there, so I'll find the place 'by chance' ;-) Have (...) (24 years ago, 20-Dec-00, to lugnet.loc.uk)
