Re: Cleaning up the main homepage

(...) [snip] Hello Todd, I have a similar problem: It is rather difficult to find the messages from Brad Justus between the very many reactions. Would it be feasable to copy his VIM's (Very Importand Messages) to a special area ? Greetings, Manfred (...) (25 years ago, 9-Mar-00, to lugnet.admin.general)

an update -- and an apology

To everyone at LUGNET: My apologies for what may have been the longest recorded case of AFK ("away from the keyboard") in recent memory. But believe me, it was all in a good cause - I think all LEGO enthusiasts (and particularly AFOLs) will be (...) (25 years ago, 28-Feb-00, to lugnet.dear-lego, lugnet.general) !

Re: New newsgroups for LEGO Direct and the LEGO Company

(...) Some more background and clarification (Important): This new .lego.* area (especially .lego.direct) is intended more as a "community dialogue with the LEGO Company -- for courteous and concise discussion" than as a regular traffic discussion (...) (...) Forgive me if my memory is faulty -- but I thought it was you, Kevin, who interpreted a statement of Brad Justus' to mean that up to the present/current scans were okay. I think it was stated in one of those tedious threads about the Huw (...) (25 years ago, 4-Mar-00, to lugnet.db.scans)

New newsgroups for LEGO Direct and the LEGO Company

Tonight there is a new newsgroup area on LUGNET dedicated to discussions about LEGO as a company and to being an "online communication-to-LEGO channel." It is starting out small, with the option to grow it as needed over the coming months/years. (A (...)
