Heh.
The five-year-old in my life got the huge Naboo Royal Starship
toy for Christmas. I was impressed that Kenner (or whoever
owns that name, now -- Hasbro?) toned the volume of the electronic
noises it makes down a very quiet level. It's not obnoxious at all, and
you can hardly hear it more than a few feet away. A nice change of
pace, considering that most electronic toys seemed designed to give
their users hearing damage.
