Re: C Programming Solution for NXT - Beta Available

(...) Well, yesterday I quickly tried it with just the Mindstorms 2.0 software installed, and it seemed to upload the firmware ok (firm0328.lgo), but I didn't have a chance to test any further. But today I tried to upload the firmware again, and got (...) (18 years ago, 15-Jun-06, to lugnet.robotics)

  RE: LEGO Purism

(...) This one is interesting. By using the firmware in the brick in a new and interesting way, are we exploiting the power of LEGO? Or are we filing the studs off a 2x4 to make a tile brick? It all depends on your point of view. I see the RCX as a (...) (22 years ago, 9-Aug-02, to lugnet.robotics)

Will there ever be *NEW* Mindstorms SENSORS ? Distance, Sound, Color, Bearing

Dear LEGO, Can we ever expect any more *LEGO* Sensors for the Mindstorms series ? This is nothing new, what I'm asking, but I just thought of giving it another try, because my son's starting to be interested in robotics too (because of dad's LEGO (...) You don't need to program the RCX to use it with the MindStorms remote, but you do need to download the firmware into the RCX before it will recognize the remote commands.   FW: idea for firmware development

(...) Smaller? Sergey and I were discussing making the kernel a bit smaller, but so far my 10x10 maze robot takes up about 4K out of about 13K of application space.
